Do you need a safe, anonymous way to report violations of university policy or activities involving financial or other misconduct? Through ASU’s partner, EthicsPoint, you can make your concerns known without fear of reprisal.

Any report you submit through EthicsPoint will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter. EthicsPoint and ASU are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of anyone who submits a report.

Reports submitted through EthicsPoint go directly to EthicsPoint’s secure servers, which are not part of ASU’s network.

ASU policy prohibits retaliation against anyone making a good faith disclosure of suspected misconduct or policy violations.

Academic Affairs

Report credentials misrepresentation, cheating/plagiarism, or academic misconduct.

Accounting & Financial

Report fraud, waste, and abuse of institutional resources including theft and embezzlement; improper disclosure of financial records; falsification of contracts, reports, or records; or other improper accounting matters.

Athletics

Report student athlete substance abuse, improper giving or gifts, recruiting misconduct, student athlete scholarship/financial aid misconduct, and NCAA compliance or rules violations.

Human Resources

Report threat or inappropriate supervisor directive, discrimination or harassment, nepotism, misreporting or falsification of work hours; misuse of university benefits; and other human resources issues.

Research

Report human or animal research misconduct, conflicts of interest, fraud, research grant misconduct, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation or disclosure, and other research issues.

Risks & Safety Matters

Report public safety, environmental and safety matters, vandalism, information security, unsafe working conditions, and other safety issues.

Be sure to follow up on your report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
